Analysed the current intranet
We conducted interviews with representatives of key divisions of the Management Company and with residents. We analyzed the intranet audience, which consists of two large segments: inner and outer contour. We studied tools and services for work.
Concept development
We identified the key tasks:
— To create a single entry point for information exchange and service delivery
— Automation of internal and external processes
— To arrange and structure business communications
— Tool for collaborating on projects/events
— Access and search for employee contact information
— Access to personal information of an employee
— Access to work information in order to work anywhere, anytime
Design of key sections
We have developed a structure, work logic, and design:
— Home page as a single entry point
— Personal account of the employee
— Personal account of the resident
Recommendations
We prepared recommendations on:
— How to choose an IT platform for project implementation
— How to build a team at the stage of project implementation and the stage of subsequent development and support
— Global navigation structure
— Principles for the implementation of a united intranet and extranet
— Project creation plan
