Analysis of current solutions and target audience

Conducted 16 interviews with users and business clients. We analyzed: 4 intranet solutions within the company, development curriculum, target audience, internal and external communication channels with employees, popular and recommended formats of training materials. Prepared SWOT analysis: strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and barriers.


Learning management system positioning concept

Determined the goal of the LMS: to create a single entry point to all training services, a key platform for distance learning and employee development, a convenient tool for the work of the Corporate University employees, and the adaptation of new employees.


Recommendations for promoting the LMSl

We identified tools for user engagement: game techniques, categories of achievements and awards, ratings and scores, progress bar. Prepared examples of 3 information campaigns to promote individual tools of the LMS, including performance assessment metrics and visual examples of information materials.


Design development

We have developed the design of the key sections of the LMS for the desktop and mobile versions, as well as the UI guide:
— Home page
— Program page
— Course page
— Personal account of the employee.


Information support concept

We have developed 8 headings for the information content of the LMS, as well as recommendations on the frequency of publications: My production office, instructions, and tips in checklist format, coffee breaks, ratings, short announcements and selections, tips for effective work, a poster, a bookshelf, news.


Preparation to launch

Gave recommendations for launching a new learning portal:
— The structure of the team of editors and ambassadors from among the employees
— Content migration of existing portal solutions
— New training courses
— Information campaigns
— Formats and types of content
— Structure and frequency of engaging newsletters
