to boost the turnout of the onboarding event that Alfa-Bank organizes for its new clients
Alfa-Bank is known for its unconventional approach to customer service and for special care for its clients. Among other things, for each new client, they organize an onboarding event called ‘Welcome to Alfa-Bank’.
Due to the fact that oftentimes the clients do not have a clue about what this event has in store for them, they fail to turn up, thus missing such a great opportunity. The turnout of such events used to leave much to be desired. Alfa-Bank approached us with a request to do a video that could improve the situation.
In order to solve this task, we decided to break away from traditional forms and concepts, and came up with something entirely different. We decided to immerse the audience into the ‘World of Alfa-Bank’ that took the form of an ‘island in the sun’, warm and beautiful. We demonstrated what exactly this event had in store for the new clients through the trip of the video’s main character.
In addition to this live event, Alfa-Bank also organizes a similar online conference. We created an additional version of this video that was adapted specifically to the online format.
We almost completely refrained from using the animated graphics, and did everything manually.
